FAQS
What is this workshop about?
This gathering is all about reconnecting with your inner child (the playful, curious, creative part of you) through movement, nature, and ritual. We’ll walk, build a nature mandala, make a simple “potion” from natural treasures, and enjoy firelight, tea, and community.
Do I need to be spiritual or witchy to join?
Not at all! While the full moon gives us a beautiful atmosphere, everything we do is about connection, creativity, and self-reflection, no specific beliefs incorporated or required.
What should I bring?
Dress comfortably for the weather and wear sturdy shoes for the walk. Bring a water bottle, something to sit on (like a blanket or cushion for the picnic table benches), and an open heart.
How physical is the hike?
It’s an easy, mindful walk on a paved path...it's more about slowing down and noticing than covering distance. We’ll move at a gentle, inclusive pace.
What if I feel awkward doing inner child activities?
You totally might!! That’s completely normal! Many of us haven’t played freely in years. You’ll be guided gently, and you can engage however feels comfortable for you. There’s no “right” way to participate.
Will there be a fire?
Yes! We’ll gather around a fire near the end for warmth, reflection, and connection. I love a cozy close to these evenings.
Won't it be dark?
I will have lanterns and flashlights available to help the full moon light our way (and the vibes).
Is this event for moms only?
No, it’s open to all women who want to reconnect with themselves and each other.
How long is it?
About 90 min, including the walk, creative activities, and time to linger by the fire with tea and conversation.
What’s included in my registration?
All materials for the "potion", a digital reflection journal, guidance through each experience, tea, and a cozy full moon evening with like-minded women.
What if it rains?
We’ll adjust as needed, a little drizzle adds to the magic, but in case of heavy rain, participants will receive an email with updated plans or a reschedule date.
