as we are halfway between winter and spring.
Midwinter is when the earth starts to prepare for her rebirth.
It's a beautiful time for us to reconnect with ourselves and with nature.
This class will offer you the following:
✓ A guided and lit midwinter night hike at Chapin Forest (easy-moderate 1.25 miles) including tea and craft
✓ A space to connect in the virtual classroom and in nature with like-minded women
✓ Journal prompts to encourage reflection and planning for intention
✓ Instructions on how to use your hike-collected items in a meditation
✓ A history of midwinter celebrations
✓ Imbolc, a poem-reading
