Shauna Rich, MSW, LSW
Licenced in Ohio
Shauna's initial expertise comes from her 30 years experience as a mom and 20 years of supporting parents, teen parents, and families.
Specializing in perinatal and women’s mental health, she helps clients navigate anxiety, depression, birth trauma, life transitions, and relationship challenges.
With a background in maternal health, childbirth education, and doula work, Shauna brings a deep understanding of the complexities of parenthood and identity. She is passionate about challenging societal norms, advocating for families, and creating space for meaningful change.
Shauna is expert at helping people connect with their values, build resilience, and approach parenting with more mindfulness and self-compassion. She helps mothers discover their authentic self and stay true to this while navigating the ups and downs of life.
When she’s not in session, you might find her relaxing around a fire, wandering in the woods or actively engaging in local advocacy efforts.
