You don’t have to navigate this season of motherhood on your own.

Therapy for Moms
Perinatal Mood & Anxiety Disorders
Postpartum Depression, Anxiety, OCD, Birth Trauma, PMDD

Perinatal mental health is so much more than postpartum depression.

Do you ever find yourself wondering if motherhood is truly for you?

Maybe you're wondering why you feel so irritable or angry now.

Why are you having such scary, intrusive thoughts that don’t feel like you?

Feeling let down because reality doesn’t match your expectations?

Are exhaustion and self-doubt creeping in?

Maybe your mind won’t slow down, replaying, checking, Googling, trying to make sure everything is okay.

Maybe something about your birth, your body, or this transition doesn’t sit right… and you can’t quite shake it.

Maybe you worry that others can see how you’re feeling, or you question whether these thoughts are normal.

“Will this ever go away? Am I a bad mom?”

These experiences can be overwhelming and sometimes even frightening, but they are more common than you think.

Whether you’re navigating depression,  anxiety, intrusive thoughts, OCD, or the lingering weight of a difficult or traumatic experience, you don’t have to do it alone.
Let’s work together to help you feel grounded, supported, and more like yourself again.
