You are not alone. Your feelings are valid, and your mental well-being matters. You don’t have to navigate this season of motherhood on your own.

Perinatal Mood & Anxiety Disorders

Perinatal mental health is so much more than postpartum depression.

Do you ever find yourself wondering if motherhood is truly for you?

Maybe you're wondering why you are so irritable or angry now?

Feeling let down because reality doesn’t match your expectations?

Are exhaustion and self-doubt creeping in?

Maybe you worry that others can see how you’re feeling, or you question whether these thoughts are normal.

“Will this ever go away? Am I a bad mom?”

These feelings and thoughts can be overwhelming—and yes, even scary—but they’re incredibly common.

Let’s work together to help you feel like a renewed, empowered version of yourself.
