Shauna Rich, MSW, LISW

Shauna's initial expertise comes from her 30 years experience as a mom (& gramma) and 20 years of supporting parents, teen parents, and families. 

Specializing in perinatal and women’s mental health, she helps clients navigate anxiety, depression, birth trauma, life transitions, and relationship challenges. 

With a background in maternal health, childbirth education, and doula work, Shauna brings a deep understanding of the complexities of parenthood and identity. She is passionate about challenging societal norms, advocating for families, and creating space for meaningful change. 

Shauna is expert at helping people connect with their values, build resilience, and approach parenting with more mindfulness and self-compassion. She helps mothers discover their authentic self and stay true to this while navigating the ups and downs of life.

When she’s not in session, you might find her relaxing around a fire, wandering in the woods or actively engaging in local advocacy efforts.

Danielle Breach, CD(BAI) 
Co-Founder, Birth & Postpartum Doula

Danielle has been supporting families for over 17 years as a doula. She is a wife and mother of five lovely children, to  a dog, and many chickens! Her passion for birth began when she was pregnant with her first child. She became a mother at a young age and understands the importance of support and encouragement during the perinatal time. Prior to becoming a doula, Danielle spent 12 years as a Tech in Same Day Surgery,  Pre/Post-Operative care at Lake Health, caring for her patients while attending school.  She also spent time teaching Holistic Sexual Education with the Geauga Teen Pregnancy Prevention Program, which is where she came to know her friend and business partner Shauna Rich.

Natalee Matthews 
Postpartum & Newborn Care Doula


Natalee is a certified postpartum and newborn care doula through ProDoula and has also completed birth doula and childbirth educator training through the ABP Doula Training Center. She iscertified in infant, child, and adult CPR as well as First Aid and stays committed to continuing her education so that she may provide families with safe, informed support during the postpartum period.

Natalee has a particular interest in supporting military families navigating relocation cycles and limited local support, as well as working with LGBTQ+ families through inclusive, affirming care practices that respect each family’s unique structure and needs. 




Krystal Kligemier, LPCC
Licensed in Ohio

Krystal is a trauma expert using a deep brain based approach. She specializes in helping individuals heal from overwhelming and life-altering experiences. She incorporates Deep Brain Reorienting (DBR), a powerful, brain-based approach that works with the nervous system to gently process trauma at its root, beyond just talking about it. Her work is grounded in deep respect for each person’s story, pace, and capacity to heal.

She loves her big, adventurous, messy life.
 
Krystal approaches her practice with deep love and respect for all humans and their capacity for change and growth. As a trauma therapist, she believes healing is possible, even when it feels far away. Your path toward joy, authenticity, and autonomy is always waiting for you. She’ll meet you there, no matter where you are starting.


Krystal is an LGBTQIA+ affirming therapist who approaches her work with cultural and racial humility. She offers in-office, virtual, and walk-and-talk sessions to meet clients where they feel most comfortable.
