Private Childbirth Education

$300.00 in studio / $350.00 in your home

Designed exclusively for busy families with limited or non-traditional schedules. Best if broken into 2 sessions or more. This private class can be taken in the comfort of your own home or one on one at Mother Rising. Pick the times and dates that are most convenient for you and customize the class to your interests and needs! Additional members of your birth team (doula, mom, sister, friend etc...) welcome!

This class is designed for current parents who want to be more empowered for their next birth, those with non-traditional schedules, who just can’t seem to find a class to fit their busy lifestyle, or who are on bed rest. This class is a very thorough evidence-based series based on Lamaze's Six Healthy Birth Practices.

Private access to over 60 high-quality modern educational video clips, 3-D animations, and online interactive tools.

Access to over 15 printable worksheets/charts

Includes email and phone access to a certified birth doula & childbirth educator

Infant Care w/ infant CPR

$145 per couple ($110 single)

Our education uses guidelines from the American Academy of Pediatrics and other trusted sources. Topics include, Umbilical cord care, common skin conditions in infants, diapering, circumcision and Intact care, hygiene and bathing, how to take a temperature, feeding cues, bottle and formula preparation, burping baby, safe sleep, basic car seat safety. Participants will also receive an infant care guide for future referencing.

We have also teamed up with Sarah Safekow, an RN who is certified to teach CPR/AED, BLS, ACLS, Babysitter Safety, & First Aid.
