Welcome & Financial Snapshot (10 min)
Arrive, settle in, grab a snack, and receive your workshop folder. As we gather, you'll complete a short Financial Snapshot so Kelli can tailor the conversation to what matters most for our group.
Meet Kelli & What Is Financial Wellness? (30 min)
Who Kelli serves and why she does this work  followed by a walk-through of the Financial Pyramid and the Circle of Protection. Every point is discussed openly, with room for questions along the way.
Discussion: Insurance, Retirement & Investments (10–15 min)
What to protect and when. Why workplace insurance may not be enough. Retirement strategies, common pitfalls, and how modern families are building smarter futures.
How to Work With Kelli & Closing (5 min)
Resources sent by email, a chance to share feedback (anonymously if you prefer), and a warm goodbye. No pressure, no sales pitch... just next steps if you'd like them.

Meet Kelli

A Trusted Guide for Family Financial Wellness

Kelli Ruic is a Registered Representative with Western & Southern Financial Group and a passionate advocate for helping families protect and grow their financial future. As a single mother, she understands the importance of planning for life's unexpected challenges while building long-term financial security. Kelli helps individuals and families prepare for retirement, protect loved ones, and create strategies designed to support lasting financial confidence. When she's not working with clients, she enjoys hiking and camping with her daughter, watercolor landscape painting, making ceramics and fiber art sculpture, and serving her community through her board seat at The HELP Foundation. Kelli is both a licensed Health and Life Insurance Agent in the state of Ohio and Pennsylvania, and holds a Series 63 investment license. She is currently working on her CfHC (Certified Financial Health Counselor) designation, and her Series 65 Investment Advisor license she hopes to be finished with both the Series 65 and her CfHC credential by 2027.
