ROOM RENTAL AGREEMENT

This Room Rental Agreement (the “Agreement”) outlines the terms under which the renter (“Renter”) may use space at Mother Rising. Please review the details below and sign to confirm your understanding and acceptance.
RENTAL FEES
Rental fees are based on the length and type of use. Payment is due prior to or on the date of room use unless otherwise arranged in writing.
- $25 — Class or Group (up to 2 hours)
- $50 — Half-Day Workspace/Workshop (up to 4 hours)
- $100 — Full-Day Workspace/Workshop (4+ hours)
REQUIREMENTS & RESPONSIBILITIES
Liability Insurance
Renter agrees to carry their own liability insurance and is fully responsible for their participants, services, and activities.
Room Care & Clean-Up
Renter agrees to:
- Leave the room and common areas in the same condition in which they were found
- Remove all personal belongings
- Return all furniture and items to original placement
- Remove trash is it contains diaper/food
Closing Procedures
Renter agrees to:
- Turn off all lights
- Lock the door upon leaving
- Place the keys in the mailbox
Property Respect & Safety
Renter agrees to use the space respectfully and safely and to comply with all laws and building rules.
Liability Release
Mother Rising is not responsible for injury, loss, or damage to persons or property arising from the Renter’s use of the space. The Renter assumes all responsibility and risk.
