What can I expect from a session?
A confidential space to unpack your experiences, reflect, and receive guidance on challenges like emotional exhaustion, burnout, and balancing personal boundaries. Sessions are tailored to your needs.
Is this therapy?
While these sessions provide emotional support and mental health strategies, they are not a replacement for therapy. However, as a maternal mental health therapist, I can offer insights and referrals if needed.
Is this only for Doulas?
No! I understand that other perinatal support providers and birthworkers also experience burnout and encounter difficult situations.(Childbirth educators, prenatal massage therapists, prenatal yoga teachers…etc)

How long does it take to get an appointment?
I will always try to get you in within 7 days.
Do I need to be local to you or live in Ohio?
No. Sessions can be done via video call, phone call, or in person. We can work together from anywhere in the world!
